Treatments are done through loose clothing with lean on pressure. The therapist works from their centre. Elbows, thumbs, knees, knuckles and palms can be used. Suzy started in skin care at the Aveda Institute in Victoria B.C. where she graduated from Esthetics. She eventually added LaStone Therapy to her repitoire in 2000. This therapy involves basalt stones and marble stones which help stimulate the autonomic nervous system and increase oxygen to the body. Along the way she was introduce to Shiatsu Therapy and found this treatment to be very balancing and healing. Being drawn to Shiatsu for many years, she eventually found her way to the Shiatsu School of Canada. She now continues to develope her skills in shiatsu through practice and continued education.
